Located
on the Pacific Ocean, Icon Vallarta will consist
of three towers, each 26 stories high, and containing
a total of 336 luxury beachfront condominium residences
and seven oceanside villas. This property will be

was broken for Icon Vallarta in summer 2007, and
the three towers should be complete by summer of
2010.

of their release in June 2007. Contracts are currently
being accepted for units in towers II & III.

to the mid $1,500,000s for a four-bedroom unit.
Tower III will offer only 75 exclusive residences in the three- and four-bedroom floorplans. Tower III, called The Grand Tower, offers you the convenience of being closest to the beach and with units featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, residents will enjoy views of Bahia de Banderas, the mountains and downtown Puerto Vallarta.
