The Tahéima Wellness Resort & Spa will be a part of the Paradise Village resort community in Nuevo Vallarta. It consists of 28 acres, ideally located just a mere a minute’s stroll from the beach and a 15-minute drive to Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

Residents of Taheima will have access to the many luxurious amenities of Paradise Village. This 440-acre master-developed community will have everything you could imagine in a vacation home destination including:

The area around Taheima is called Riviera Nayarit. Just north of Puerto Vallarta, it has grown rapidly in recent years. Its beautiful coastline is dotted with numerous resort and residential projects, golf courses and other attractions.

Owners of residences in Taheima will be given membership in Intrawest’s Resort-to-Resort™ Program, which is an exchange program. Members are entitled to trade the use of their Taheima vacation home for other privately-owned luxury homes in 155 properties at 45 premier resorts locations around the world. In addition, members can also enjoy exchange privileges with various cruise lines including Carnival, Holland America and Royal Caribbean.

The Taheima Wellness Resort & Spa will be built in three phases and will ultimately consist of nine buildings that include 400 condos. Owners will have an opportunity to participate in a leaseback program.

Construction of Phase I of Taheima began in March 2009. The first residences will be delivered early 2010. The entire development is expected to be completed by late 2011.

Currently available to be reserved in Taheima are the 135 residences in Phase I, which overlook the fifth fairway of the El Tigre golf course. They range in size from 650-2,800 square feet. Choose from studios and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Prices range from $179,000 to $420,000. Owners can choose to participate in a leaseback program.
